My dashboard or consultation form isn’t loading properly.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser’s cache, or switching to a different browser or device. If the issue continues, reach out to our technical team.

My tracking link isn’t updating.

Sometimes tracking updates are delayed by the carrier. Allow 24 hours for the system to refresh. If there’s still no progress, contact us and we’ll verify the shipment status.

I can’t schedule or join my consultation.

Check your email for the correct link or log into your Cabana dashboard. If the link isn’t working, contact our concierge support and we’ll promptly send a new one.

I’m seeing an error message while using the site.

Take a screenshot of the error message and note what you were doing when it appeared. Send those details to our technical team through your Cabana account.
