You can request refills directly from your Cabana dashboard. Your provider will review your request to ensure it’s safe and appropriate before processing.

How long does it take to receive my prescription?

Once approved, most prescriptions are processed and shipped within a few business days. You’ll receive tracking updates through your account.

Where can I find more information about my medication?

You can access detailed information about your prescribed medication, including usage instructions and possible side effects, in your Cabana account or by contacting our clinical team directly.

Can I adjust my medication on my own?

No. For your safety, any dosage or medication changes must be reviewed and approved by your provider. Please contact our clinical team before making any adjustments.

Can I switch treatments or try a different option?

Yes. If you’d like to explore alternative treatments, schedule a follow-up with your provider. They’ll help you find an option that best fits your goals and health profile.

Does Cabana require insurance?

No. Cabana doesn’t require insurance. We offer transparent pricing on treatments and your medical visit, ongoing shipments, and provider messaging are all included in one low price.

My treatment isn’t working as expected. What should I do?

Reach out to your Cabana provider through your account to discuss your progress. They can assess your response and adjust your treatment plan if needed.

Do I need a prescription to start treatment?
